The hotel had a really spacious bathroom, but on the last night, the room was tiny, barely fitting our two luggage suitcases. The furnishings were nice and matched the Booking description. The service for booking breakfast through email was friendly, but they were not helpful in arranging taxi services to the airport for our early morning departure at 6 a.m. The location was a bonus, not right next to Osaka Station but still within walking distance, close to shopping malls. The dining experience was out of expectation with delicious food.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was big and spacious, but unfortunately, it was too warm inside. On the bright side, the location was excellent, being very close to the main train stations, shopping areas, and office buildings. However, the service fell short in some aspects, like not being helpful with early taxi bookings and privacy concerns with personal information. Dining options were good, exceeding my expectations. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
